11 Months Already

This month Micaela turned 11months old!! Everyone (and I mean everyone) comments that she is the happiest baby. We couldn't agree more! She loves playing with her brother and sisters. Rafa especially loves playing with her and she squeals with laughter every time that he does.

She pretty much will eat anything (but with only four teeth, her food is still pretty mushy!). She loves holding her own cup and can (often) get the drink in her mouth instead of all over her. She really likes to "talk" these days and sometimes she even sounds like she's singing. She's especially talkative in the early mornings when the house is really quiet, and it's really nice to sit and enjoy the sweet sound of her voice.

She enjoys trying to walk around while she's holding on to the furniture. She even lets go and stands very briefly. She is also very quick with her hands!! If she sees something small - it goes in her mouth!! Needless to say, our vacuum is heard running throughout the day.

We also noted that Micaela turning 11 months was kind of cool, because she turned 11 months when Geneva was 11 years old! Numbers like that won't happen again for those two.

But it's hard to believe that one year is just around the corner, and as hard as we've tried not to blink - it has gone by FAST! We continue to thank God for everything we have - especially our family.
